Chemical pregnancy?

Hi all,

I tested on Saturday which was 3 days before my missed period. I got a faint line and immediately told my husband because we’ve been trying and I was finally so excited. Well 36 hours later I started cramping and bleeding. Is this most likely a CP? Or is the picture below not a positive faint line? Oh, and I can’t go to my doctor to confirm because I tested positive for Covid 5 days ago. I’m so heartbroken right now it’s been a super emotional week with everything going on....
