When did you start your registry?

I’m 14 weeks pregnant and I’m not sure when to start the registry. I had a blood test that told me my baby is a boy so we already know the gender. I thought I was supposed to wait until longer but I’ve already had at least 10 people ask what we “still” need. I tell them everything because we haven’t started buying things yet. Some people have bought us some clothes and one girl got me a baby scale already. We have the baby room theme picked already, so I’ve just been telling them the theme.
