My 11 month old went to daycare for the first time today. He’s a “covid baby” and a mama’s boy so I expected drop off to be tough, but it was fine. Daycare sent updates of him throughout the day living his best life. He has an older sister going there too, so I’m sure that helps. When I picked them up at the end of the day he bawled when he saw me and was clinging to the daycare provider and absolutely did not want to come to me. I could’ve cried, my heart was breaking!! Anyone experience this?? I know he’s just little but we have such a strong bond and I’ll be so sad if this changes things!
