C-section aftercare

I'm scheduled for my 1st and only c-section next week. 5th and final baby has decided to be full breech and no sign of turning..

Anywho....I know they'll give me.more info later this week and at discharge but do they send you home with pain management?

We have a 16 month old at home as well and my husband will not be able to be home so I will be solo taking care of 2 under 2 a few hours each days and worried it's going to cause some obvious pain and discomfort.
