Hey guys, I have a huge question

Has anyone else had issues with c section adhesions growing over your uterus? Me and my man started TTC and I noticed we couldn’t, along with my extreme pains with my period that was taking over my live basically. They after 2 years found my uterus was covered in something and the only way to see and help remove it ( if possible ) would be laparoscopy and they performed it and she said it just grew over from my c section 3 years ago. I guess it was causing my pain and infertility, it’s been my first cycle since my surgery and guys, my period is 2 weeks late and sore nipples but I don’t want to get my hopes up because that’s like crazy. Who else had something similar? I’ve never heard of this happening from a c section.
