Possible Ectopic pregnancy

In January 2021 I miscarried with our second child. I had a D&C on the 14 and were told we could try after my first cycle. Well I ha don’t cycle on feb 18 and went to test later for ovulation and ended up finding out I’m pregnant but my numbers are low and it’s not a viable pregnancy. They did an ultrasound and think it could be ectopic. They wanted me to take the drug to “take care of it either way”. I didn’t feel right. I needed a few more days and at least another round of blood work and ultrasound. I don’t want to put toxins in my body if I don’t have to but now I’m so anxious that my tube could burst any minute. Because it’s Friday I didn’t get my numbers back and the anxiety is starting to get to me
