Twins?

Hi mamas! I had a very early scan two days ago, and to my surprise.. the tech told us it looks like we are having twins! Baby B she said we may have to keep an eye on because it was a lot harder to see and she said she’s not certain that what she measured is the baby or artifact.. BUT whatever she measured was equaling 6w0days.. which was only one day off from baby A which measured at 5w6days. And baby A she said is 100% clear, with a yolk sac and baby both able to be seen. Any thoughts? If anyone is an US tech, can you please let me know if it looks like twins to you? Praying for two successfully growing babies at our appointment next week :)
