Confused

So my long distance boyfriend told me this

“Omg baby😂❤ sorry for the lag one of my friend just random showed up with food 😂 she said she thought i was hungry😂”

And I don’t know what to think I’m not clingy I know he is busy when he doesn’t text me I get it but I don’t know he’s been a little distance but it’s most like because he has work and he has his own life but still I don’t know what to think about that comment like why would she show up out of nowhere thinking he’s hungry like I trust him I really do but that I don’t know?
