Good learning toys, books, ect for 19 month old?

My son knows so much but doesn’t say many words. He knows maybe 8 words that he will regularly say, and the rest is just babbling (he loves to talk, just doesn’t make any sense lol). I am going to see if we can get him into a program that helps with him talking more, but until then just looking for ideas. I want things that are great for his developing speech, learning, ect. Thank you :)

Side note: we have a random set of flash cards with pictures and words that has helped him a lot already. But if there is better out there I’d love to know which ones are best.
