Does our mood affect our DH or marriage ?

My DH and I were watching this show and the star said something like men are biologically programmed to want to please their wives and see them smile. That it makes a man feel good to see a smile on his wife’s face ...and makes him feel fulfilled because he wants his wife to be happy. He said men strive to make their wives happy.

I thought about all the unhappy wives on glow who it seems like their husband doesn’t care if they’re happy or not. Of course as a wife, I want to believe it’s true and when I think about, yes I think my DH wants me to be happy. I think he sometimes goes out of his way to see that I’m happy.

Anyway talking to him, he says he’d much rather be around a smiling happy wife than one who has a sour puss look on her face. Ladies how does your DH react to you and/or your moods? Do you think your mood affects him or your marriage?
