Husband doesn’t want sex

Hey everyone! I need some advice. My husband and I are both 21, and have already gone through 4 losses together. He’s been amazing and super helpful to me through it all. We are about to have our one year wedding anniversary, and for the past few months I’ve noticed that he never initiates sex. We are military so the only time he ever initiates it anymore is when he’s been gone to the field for a couple weeks. It’s gotten to the point where if I want sex I have to almost beg, and i feel like he avoids it to be honest... we still have sex atleast once or twice a week, but it used to be an every day type of thing for us. I’ve brought it up to him very many times and he just says he is still attracted to me and loves me more than anything and that nothing is wrong. This is really embarrassing for me to ask, but I’m already very insecure about my new body after going through 4 pregnancies in a year. Im really embarrassed to be talking to strangers about this, but I find myself so upset every night😩 has anyone else went through something like this?
