Look and see if the whites of her eyes are like a yellow color. She should be fine though. Mine was jaundice after we arrived home from the hospital but we cleared it out within a weeks.

A little jaundice coloring isn't alarming. Have her in windows/sun for a little while each day until it's gone. That's what we did with my first. She took naps in her bassinet next to a window and it was gone within her first week home.
