2ND Miscarriage in a row

I feel so pathetic. Like the worst excuse for a woman. I spotted brown for 5 days and it stopped so I thought everything was ok. I got my blood drawn today and my hcg dropped to a 65.

I’m supposed to be 5 weeks and 3 days and have yet to start heavy bleeding which seems like a bigger slap in the face.

Anyone have an experience like this? Will I need a D&C this time around?

I want to be done with Clomid, this was my 3rd round, but my OB and husband want to go to the highest level. Obviously this is something that’s not meant for me 😔
