Discharge tmi but I’m paranoid.

Anyone notice changes in their discharge around 30 weeks? Mine had gone from thick and stringy to basically watery. I’ve had two instances (about a week apart) where I’ve felt like it has trickled out on to my underwear. Not enough to gush out or fill a pad. No smell. Couldn’t tell what color it was because my underwear was white. I mentioned it to my ob and they told me to start wearing pads so if it happens again they can test it for amniotic fluid.

I haven’t had any bladder incontinence issues, so I’m certain it’s cervical fluid if it’s not amniotic.

When I was pregnant with my daughter I had a sudden gush around 37 weeks, went in and had it tested, and it wasn’t amniotic fluid or urine.

Trying not to be paranoid because this is my rainbow baby after a miscarriage and lengthy bout of infertility. Just looking to hear if anyone else has noticed changes like this in their third trimester.
