Constipated on vacation...the worst!
Whenever I travel and am not following my usual fiber routine it only takes like a day for my whole body to be out of whack. So naturally, my husband and I are on a long weekend get-away and I’m totally blocked up and getting to the point where I don’t want to eat anything because it’s miserable. So my husband went to the grocery store and got me the constipation care package 😂😂😂😂. Hopefully it helps so I can enjoy a few meals!!
