COVID positive and room sharing?

S

I may be positive for COVID. The earliest I can test is 3/22. I looked everywhere, trust me. The thing is, we share a room with our 7 month old and she is exclusively breast fed. She wakes up 2-4 times a night to eat. When she wakes my husband up it is very rare for him to be able to go back to sleep and him staying in there technically isn’t me isolating from him so I’d have to stay in the room. Do I just wear a mask while I sleep or how do I go about this if I do have COVID?
