Who's lost a tube?

Question

Currently dealing with an ectopic pregnancy. I'll more than likely have to have my left tube removed on Monday. I know everyone is different but how was your surgery and recovery? Did you notice any long term affects with your body after having one removed? Like heavy/irregular periods, hot flashes, weight, sleep, energy, etc. If you ain't overwhelmed by the questions yet then I'm also curious if you was still able to conceive naturally? How long did it take?

I had an ectopic last may had my left tube removed it had ruptured. I literally found out I was 9 weeks pregnant because I started having the pain (I had a normal period when I would of been 4 weeks) did a test and when it was positive went to hospital as I knew it wasn’t right. the pain is horrible from the ectopic! but after surgery it had gone and I was home less than 24 hours later. It was just uncomfortable (I had key hole) my periods returned 4 weeks later. And the odd time have been a bit late but only by a few days so nothing major. 
With recovery I was back to work after 2 weeks (neonatal nurse doing 12.5 hour shifts) and felt fine just but more tired than normal.
I am currently pregnant now around 7 weeks (had early scans to make sure not ectopic again) we wasn’t using protection but wasn’t actively trying was going to start actively trying August/September time. So hasn’t taken long to fall pregnant again 🙈
