Do you think life will ever get back to normal 😖

I feel like things have got better in the UK. Although this vaccine is all over the place 🥴 do you think it will eventually get back to our normal way of life again.

I'm brazilian, and I'm not hopeful. We are predicting to vaccinate 70% of the population only by 2024, and our daily numbers of death are hitting records for 2 weeks in a row. It's worse than it was when it begun.
Our private hospitals are collapsing, our universal system is collapsing. First we had patients die because of lack of oxygen, now most hospitals only have two days worth of medicine for intensive care centers. 
Our president does not give a shit, he keeps pushing for "early treatment" with medicine that were already proved useless, our health ministry does not have a minister that's a MD or even any healthcare professional. He goes around maskless and he's the reason we are so behind in vaccines. He refused to buy it, so the governors from each state had to go ahead of him and buy with state money. The president took it as a personal offense to his character. 
I'm not at all hopeful. I dont know when we will be back to normal. I keep seeing clandestine parties left and right. N95 is fucking my face up, I have acne everywhere. My hair is thinner, my skin is drier, my mental health is declining, my nails are breaking with the slightest movement, I'm not at all hopeful.

I’m in the UK too and I’m sincerely hoping things return to normal. People seem to be taking to the vaccine really well so it’s looking likely that it will do.

Yeah pretty much. 
There have been pandemics all through history, I don't think it'll last forever. Even within our time there have been many outbreaks- this one was just more contagious & a lot of government's were not very responsible. They didn't even require quarantine after travel to parts of the world with the virus until after it was too late... wtf did they think was going to happen? 
Plus, the vaccine is working really well.

No, I don’t. I don’t think the corporate world will ever be the same. I used to have business meetings in person with people who flew in from around the world. I don’t think that or a handshake will happen any time soon or if ever again. 
I don’t see how my city will handle public transportation either (Boston), should be interesting what that looks like. We would be packed on a train like sardines, idk how that will happen anytime soon. Vaccinated or not I don’t want to do that
