How do you register car without the title?

First off, Ill call/go to the DMV tomorrow but wanted to see how others do it.

I bought a car from a reputable dealership almost a month ago. I paid cash in full for the car. My question is, if I haven’t received the title in the mail yet, how do I get it registered? The registration is due 30 days from purchase date. All I have is the bill of sale.

I know a Bill of Sale is fine if there is a lien but there isnt on this car. Im in Arkansas. Everything I have looked up looks like I have to have the title..
