Labor positions!

What is your favorite (if you’ve had more than one and tried different ones) labor positions??

I’m looking to try the one on hands and knees but am scared I may mess something up coz when I freak out , I freak out lol I’ve only ever tried the ones on my back and boy do they hurt!

Also, planning on epidural depending on time, 2 of my labors have been long while 3 of my others have been from 2-4 hours.

Yes I know you go o we this with midwife. However, I am looking for mommas to share experience to gain some additional knowledge 🙂
