Pregnancy this 2nd time around is strange.

My 1st pregnancy my breast hurt all the time and I was only nauseous for 3 weeks, and the rest of my pregnancy was ok (minus the lighting crouch) This 2nd pregnancy is weird, I'm nauseous more and my breast hurt off and on. Any of you lady's have different pregnancy symptoms this 2nd time around?
