new job! might be a dumb question

so I just got my first real job (career i should say :). I start in two weeks

they sent over some paperwork and I'm super excited to start

okay so this might sound dumb but if they say "Holiday Observed" does that mean that we are off that day? for example see below

red box = Holiday

blue box = Holiday Observed

green box= payday

sorry if this sounds dumb I plan on asking them in 2 weeks but just getting excited!

does November mean I'm not off the 11th instead it will be the 26th??
