Idk if I’m wrong or BD is wrong

So easter is coming up and our daughter is 2 months old we don’t live together but he lives with his family. We made a schedule up to split time with her and sundays are his day from 8am to 8pm but what I didn’t know was that he had something planned out for her and his family on Easter Day, I too as well did, with my sisters and I want to spend her first Easter with her rightfully so, even tho it’s his day he didn’t tell me ahead of time no one in his family did. I also have a son and I wanted to have an Easter egg hunt with him and his cousin. So my sisters are coming to see me and they want to see their niece. One of them work amd don’t come out till 4pm but my BD family want my daughter around that time to have a dinner that they said I was invited but never invited me or told me till today when we all had this disagreement. Idk what to do I don’t wanna be a bitch about things I want her to spend time with her family but also want her with me too. Snd if we split the day in half one of my sisters won’t be able to see her since she comes out at 4pm.
