Rash on toddler
So my 1 year old has this rash. It started as little red dots, I figured her diaper rubbed her the wrong way but it's gotten worse and a little purple, almost look like blood bruises but slightly raised now. I've tried putting nothing on it, I've tried desitin, lotion, lactic acid lotion (RX of hers for her face). Nothing has changed to cause them. No new detergent, Softener, diapers, wipes, nothing.
Thoughts?
