7 week ago old poops frequently

My baby has a milk protein allergy and at 5 weeks her formula was changed to similac alimentum but she did not like it at all and and is currently being exclusively breastfed since about a week ago. As soon as we changed her formula the blood in her poop stopped which was a great sign but now I notice that she does little poop stains in her diaper often and maybe 1 or 2 regular size bowel movements. Her poop is runny yellow and seedy... is this normal? Little poop stains often? What I worries me is her getting a diaper rash because of those poop stains ...

Also doctor didn’t tell me to remove any dairy from my diet and I do consume lactose free milk ...
