Closely watching/possible ectopic
Ended up in ER due to bad right side pain. 4 weeks 5 days. No gestational sack or anything in pelvic ultrasound. HCG level is 880. Nothing immediately concerning. Cysts on both ovaries, but I’m prone in o them. Can’t rule out ectopic. I have more blood work on Tuesday and follow up ultrasound on Thursday. I’m really nervous about it ending up ectopic. Is my hcg level too low?
