Early ultrasound

Hi guys! So, I had another ultrasound done today. The reason I had such an early ultrasound is because my previous pregnancy two years ago ended in ectopic. We are so grateful and blessed for our new addition to the family! I was wondering as I forgot to ask the tech, did you guys see a shadow like above baby if you had an early ultrasound done? I’m not sure if it’s the cord forming or what. Also, do you guys know how to tell if this is a girl or boy? I know it’s early but just by going off other peoples ultrasounds. I think it would be cool to know and chat with you all! Also what are your symptoms at about 6 weeks? I’m currently measuring 5 weeks and 5 days and babies heart is beating now at 105. Very very new ♥️ getting more nauseas, hungry allll the time, some discharge, sore breast, SLEEPY, and all I want is McDonalds fries! 😂
