Sex life after baby

So we honestly don’t have a bad sex life after baby. But i do find us having a hard time knowing when we are both in the mood at the same time. Also there are some days after Playing and helping my baby stand up all day I just don’t want to be touched. Then I feel bad for that because sometimes those are the days my husband in the mood.

We are trying to communicate more about it which is good. He never makes me feel bad about it. I make my self feel bad but if I’m not in the mood I’m not in the mood.
