Was I Decieved into Marriage by my husband ?

I don’t know if I was duped into marriage or not and I’m on the brink of
Considering divorce. My husband has these vomiting spells on and off for . He also smoke cigarettes. Initially he told me it would be from his previous smoking marijuana we took him to the hospital and they confirmed Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome. 
LOL He since then has claimed he is clean . But ever
Since then every few weeks he vomits for 2 days then he’s down for 4 more days. I am sick of it . It is depressing, and overwhelming. He doesn’t see how it affects me, I am stuck in the house with a 3 month old and a man vomiting . I suffer from depression and hate being stuck in the house. He claims he hasn’t smoked any weed but it just doesn’t add up. While we were dating he was a truck driver and on the road and he wasn’t vomiting and sick and now he is !? 
It makes me angry, because I feel like I was deceived into marrying someone 32 years old with a serious health issue they knew about or he is lying to me. I feel like I should’ve been told the truth. All and all I’m sick of it , he always has an excuse “oh I ate something bad “, it was the wine” blah blah blah. I can’t take it anymore, it is exhausting going thru this with someone especially when you didn’t sign up for this.I feel deceived because when we were dating he was driving trucks was never throwing up
Probably because he couldn’t smoke weed . 
Now he’s home he is constantly throwing up . I feel he is lying to me about the weed . And I get I took marriage vows but I feel like this throwing up is something that can be prevented it’s not like a illness that came out of no where. And everyone has a limit to what they can handle I don’t think  had I known this while we were dating I would’ve married. I’m sorry but I don’t want to marry someone 32 years old with a Illness. It is stressful as hell being in the house with someone every couple of weeks hearing them vomit 🤢 all over the house. It’s depressing and it makes me angry.

I'm not familiar with the condition so I just looked it up - says all symptoms stop after about 2 weeks of the person abstaining from cannabis? If the condition of reversible why doesn't he stop smoking? Sounds absolutely unnecessary and awful for him as well as you. The issue isn't that you married someone with a health issue, it's that you married someone with an addiction issue. I would start by talking to him about his addiction and seeing if he's willing to get help - surely no one wants to live like that?

I guess he’s never heard of Puke and Rally 😂😂. Girl get him some travel sickness medication over-the-counter....such as meclizine. It’s cheap and it works. I’m a pharmacist. It works best if he takes it before he smokes the weed but it’ll work afterwards too.

Why did you get married if you didn’t mean “in sickness and in health” or “til death do us part.” As someone who has a chronic illness, one I didn’t have before marriage, one that has changed me and my life greatly- I feel sorry for your husband. My husband is my support, my rock, my partner, my everything. He’s never made me feel bad, never felt deceived or said a mean word to me. He’s done everything to support me in every way possible. I didn’t do this on purpose. I would never choose to be chronically ill. I’m sure your husband wouldn’t either.

I think women on here blaming this woman with the sickness and health line is BS.! Clearly your not reading what it says. The husband sounds like he’s addicted to weed and as a adverse effect from smoking he throws up! This has nothing to do with a “Chronic Illness” or “Postpartum” or someone who is just sick and doesn’t know the cause. It sounds like he fell off the wagon and now she is stuck in the house miserable with someone pucking and a baby. 
That would drive me is sane and piss me off to especially since this is something you know happens to your body when you are smoking a substance you lied to me about and said you quit! Hello 👋🏼 who wants to be married to a liar 🤥. I don’t get how you all are belittling this woman when she did nothing wrong. I agree I wouldn’t want to be with someone sick in my 30’s either LIFE is hard enough. Most people wouldn’t want to be with someone that is constantly sick that young. Especially in a NEW marriage if you say you do you’re a liar! So the whole marriage vow thing is based on honesty this guy isn’t being honest .that’s not her fault.

I get that he should have been more forthcoming about his health with you but I really would not go as far as to say he decieved you into marriage. And if you're considering divorcing him solely based on him being ill, that is beyond shallow.

Did you make your own vows? Because mine included “in sickness and in health”. I lived with my In Laws for months and my father in law threw up EVERY single morning. Not once every few weeks. Every. Single. Morning. At 6AM sharp I woke up to gawd awful noises. Apparently it has been that way as long as my husband has known him (they’re not blood related). I wasn’t even married to that man and I still wouldn’t be that bothered by it, and I’m about as light of a sleeper as it gets. It honestly sounds like you weren’t ready for the commitment you signed up for, and it’s really not okay to blame him for that.

Those of you saying she married him and vowed in sickness and health - let's be real that he is likely causing this illness by his own behavior and choices. That's quite different. I'd be pissed and I'd let him fend for himself while I went about life. He can stay home puking while I take our child and run errands and do stuff; I'm not going to be locked in the house with him. He is incredibly selfish to purposely do something that he knows will have such negative effect on him and those around him.
