Is my mother in law right or wrong ?

So today my husbands grandma asked him if we could go buy a bread for her and my husband said “yes grandma we will be right back “ so we get up to leave and his grandma says “here take my money so you can buy me my bread “ and of course we said no that it was okay we can buy it . Well my mother in law started saying “ no mom it’s your grandchild’s responsibility to buy you stuff and give you money they should be the ones giving you money not you to them “ and his grandma says “no because my grandchild has his own responsibility with his wife my grandchild’s shouldn’t be giving me money only my daughters and sons “ and his mom kept saying “even if he has a responsibility with his wife he needs to give you money “ in a way it bother me because first of all it is not my husbands responsibility to give his grandma money, yes he can give her money if he wanted too but it’s not his responsibility. I just hate the way she says stuff how does she know I’m ok with that ? My husband and I share finances and i don’t mind if he wants to give money to his grandma it’s just the way that my mother in law says it and I hate it . Is she onn the right or wrong ?
