Few thrusts 1 day before period?

My period is coming in 1 day, my bf and I always use protection but he put it in three times today without a condom, so we didn’t engage in the actual sexual act. He had no precum, hadn’t ejaculated before (he had been abstaining for 5 days) and he obviously didn’t cum in those thrusts. The chances of getting pregnant right before your period are low since ovulation has already passed right? I understand there’s still a low chance, but he had no precum and I’m just 1 day away from getting my AF
