Cramping/tightening in stomach

I’m going on 3 days now of this random and weird cramping in my stomach like 2-3 inches above my belly button. It doesn’t happen when I go to bed, but it wakes me up in the middle of the night. It’s not that painful but more uncomfortable and it goes for about an hour at a time. I thought the first night it was just gas or something, but it keeps happening.

I don’t have a primary care doctor so I’d have to get established first to be seen and I wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this on here?
