TMI- sneezing and peeing 😩😭

When I was a kid I would hysterically laugh with my friends and I had a few accidents weeing myself.

Anyways since I was an adult I was fine. No problems! UNTILL I fell pregnant.

I use to be violently sick throughout my pregnancy which would cause me to wee myself.

My baby is now 10 months old and recently it’s been happening. I’m driving, I sneeze and I pee a little bit. Even coughing. Doesn’t happen a lot but wtf do I need to book myself in with the doctors?

I done pelvic exercises but clearly I didn’t do them enough 😔 I’m 25 now, I feel like this shouldn’t be happening!
