Cramps when pumping

Hi ladies, I’m 9 months pp, been pumping at work for 6 months now, and I’ve had my period back for 6 months as well. This morning as I was pumping, I started to feel cramps? I’m on my period, but these definitely don’t feel like period cramps (I actually haven’t had any since my period returned). Is this normal? I know in the first few weeks of giving birth it is, but this many months PP?
