Are birthday (paper) invitations outdated?
My partner is giving me crap for buying a book of party invitations. Mind you it's my sons 1st birthday party (dinosaur themed, so I thought it was just a cute little addition to the theme!)

No way! As far as I'm concerned a paper invitation is the ONLY way to go. I hate getting "e-invites" for legitimate events. They are super low effort and cheesy.

Oh gosh I can’t remember the last time I got a paper invitation 🤔 like maybe 10 years?... like before I had my own kids lol.. 
BUT that’s 100% up to you! I think they’re cute and I always try to send 1 to my grandma because she likes to frame them!

No girl I think that’s still cute to send out paper invites! We just had some super cute ones made for our gender reveal! LOL! Some of our older family members wouldn’t really have a way to get virtual invites, so we always do paper.

I always prefer a paper invite. We did paper for all my wedding stuff, baby showers, and birthday parties for the kids. I guess I’m old school 😂
