Co parenting 😡😩‼️

My child’s father has never once in his life bought a box of diapers. Every time I send my son to his house with the diaper bag he takes all the diapers and wipes out, he never sends his clothes back home, he keeps the bottles, blankets, like basically every time I can expect to not get back what I send. Would it be bad if I stopped sending a diaper bag? I know he has the money to buy diapers because he posts weed on his Snapchat story but he has an under the table job making almost 200$ a day so he doesn’t have to pay child support. I don’t even understand how the court system gave him rights. It’s so stressful.
