Cerclage at 20 weeks

Omg I got my cerclage placed unexpectedly on Monday right after my anatomy scan due to having a cervix of 2.4. I will also start vaginal progesterone soon. I’m so nervous and don’t know what to think nor feel. I had my daughter in 2016 at 30 weeks due to IC. I’m praying with this procedure that I can make it full term. Anybody else got the procedure around the same time I did with the same cervix length or shorter? I just want to hear stories. Were you on bedrest?
