Toddlers man...

HOW THE F**K DO YOU DO IT!!! I am at my wits end today as my 2.5 yo son is on a rampage. Hitting, spitting, yelling. I’m doing everything to not respond, respond to his feelings and asks, take things away, sit in our ‘cool off corner’.... nothing is working and all I want to do is shut down and ignore the kid. But as soon as my focus is elsewhere he is in my face with a toy or hitting my/ throwing something at me. He isn’t normally off the walls and today is a rare occurrence. But boy am I struggliiiinnnnggggggggg!!!!
