1 month old sleeping a lot

I’m not sure if this is normal as she’s my first , she’s a month old and last night she was kinda fussy she was awake for a couple hours the day before so I figured she would sleep throughout the night with her only waking up to eat but she didn’t she kept waking up every hour or so and when it came time for her to eat she only ate an ounce and went right back to bed and woke up another hour later and drank 2 other ounces and fell back asleep. I tried to feed her another couple of hours later at 11am and she only drank an ounce and now she’s just sleeping away
