Tampons

Umm.. So I started my period yesterday and wanted to try using tampons.. I am a virgin and I got the small ones - mini, but pushing it in hurted even tho when I put it in it didn't hurt or anything but I decided that not to put it further and get it out of there and try later...

Have anyone else experienced that..

And do u guys have any hacks about tampons..

Like it's not painful if it's "in" but if I push it to get it there it do..

A lot of people say that u should not feel pain and that it doesn't hurt at all..

That's my 1st time using one, I am 17 years old..
