Should I be worried?

So since Friday 23rd I’ve been dealing with cold like symptoms and today at work I asked to be sent home since I was in pain with serious stomach cramps ... I thought maybe it was diarrhea or just a stomach ache from coughing so much, but no when I went to the bathroom I saw blood. I ended my period on the 22nd and they usually don’t pop back up later. Then me and my husband had sex Sunday and early This morning.

Is this normal or should I be worried?
