Bleeding a week before AF

So this is my schedule. I know it’s only an estimate but I never really woke up a week before with bleeding. As you can see I did I was active on my ovulation days. I’m not trying to be pregnant but also not avoiding it. If it happened, it happens. However, I did take a plan b the 14th and the 20th.

Yes I know I shouldn’t be using it as a birth control method. ( I have tried three form and my body doesn’t agree with it).

I know plan b can throw you cycle off but Ive

never heard of it coming earlier. also know that if you’re already ovulating than it won’t work. I wiped and it was very light. so I’m waiting to see if it get heavier. However today I woke up to blood in my urine ( the entire toilet was turned like the first few days of my period l) & I have cramping. Not sure if I should be concerned or if this is side effects from the plan b.
