Starting my period
So yesterday, the 25th, I had light pink spotting, which usually happens right before I start my period. This morning, as expected, Aunt Flo showed up full force. My question is should I count yesterday the 25th as Cycle Day 1 because of the spotting? Or would today the 26th be Cycle Day 1?
