Life with a newborn

FTM and i need advice on how to manage being a mom but also having a life as well and by that I mean just being able to go to the store, to eat, do laundry, etc, My son is almost 3 weeks old and i’m in the routine of change a diaper, baby on boob, baby sleeping but I have no idea how to do anything else along with that routine.

I want to transition to pumping and bottle feeding during the day and breastfeeding at night but I don’t even know how to get pumps in, I’ve managed to do it twice in these last couple of weeks 🤦‍♀️
