Baby after tubal ligation 2 years ago

So I got a tubal ligation 2 yrs ago. Hubby and I want to try for a baby. I'm going to make an appointment Monday to see what our options are. I know it is possible to have a baby full term after a tubal. (I knew someone who was pregnant) I'm starting to do some research too

Anyone have any suggestions or natural home remedies to try and help. Or any personal stories.

(Reversal and IVF probably aren't possible for us but will be talking to the doctor)
