So for the past couple weeks I’ve been randomly breaking down in tears for what seems like no reason. At first I thought it was Bc I miss my long distance bf, since I haven’t seen him in a while but idk. It all seems really random

Do you have other stressors or stuff going on in your life? Sometimes when your emotionally full, because your mind is holding it together so much for the big things, that the little things make you so much more upset then they should. It could also be because of a hormone problem. Don’t be afraid to talk to your doctor and figure out if it’s something medical/psychological, what it is and what they can do to help it.

i’m literally crying as i’m trying this. i’ve been going through the same thing. granted my life is messed up & not great right now so that’s probably why i’m breaking down a lot.
i’m sorry i don’t have advice but just know you’re not alone in feeling this way. i hope that helps a little

Have you taken a moment to check in with yourself and ask yourself what’s wrong and what’s bothering you? Have you been sleeping enough, eating well and drinking water. Have you been socializing ? Or are you isolating. Sometimes we feel things and don’t know why because we’re a bit out of tune with ourselves xx
