My period is back

It took 3 months and a week and now my period is back. I am not liking it very much at all. Its been over a year since i have bled. And now that im thinking back to yesterday and a couple days before, i was SOOOO emotional! I cried like three times watching lilo and stitch. 🤦🏼then woke up at 3am feeling so nasty and i thought i just ate something but but nope. Aunt flow decided to pay me a visit as im changing my daughter.

Also, thinking back on my birth experience, is it just me or did you guys not really use your hospital bags😂😂 i literally only used my tooth brush, toothpaste and fuzzy socks one wear on pjs to leave. Thats it. I didnt shower there (i was only there for one night and my legs were weak from the epidural) i didnt use and of my packed clothes. I didnt eat any of the snacks i packed cause they always fed me. I didnt use any of my pads cause they gave me a bunch. Next time, im packing light! 🤦🏼😂
