Uhh.. confused

So my son is 7.5 months old now, I haven't produced or leaked in about 5-6 months now (I dried up, tried to breastfeed).. as of this week(Monday) my boobs started swelling, they hurt and are super sore, tingly and just so sensitive. I been feeling off lately, and as of just now I leaked milk, however not the milk I last had. I ended with the white breastmilk, I just leaked the smallest amount of a cloudy yellow that I swear looked exactly like colostrum. Should I call my dr to see what's going on? Or is this normal ?? Also would like to add I had a brief moment of rapid weight loss two weeks ago and as of the last 2 days have gained 5lbs and I have no idea what's going on with my body rn..

Any ideas or tips would be appreciated, not sure if this is normal or if I should make an appt.
