Can they do this!!???? Im pregnant for goodness sake😭

So i work in telecommunications and been working from home since pandemic started like a year almost...Im from south Africa ya'll so laws might be abit different i get that.

They shut down everyones work internet only those working from home because we "underperforming" not reaching target the way they want us to because they think holding a customer on the line means we "chilling"(f* childlike environment) and now get us to come to office! Now we in the middle of a pandemic Im 6 months pregnant I have gestational diabetes can they really force me to go back to office???😭💔

We are over crowded in one building and No social distance each 10 people uses 1 lift

3rd world country.

Sent in a letter and got an apology

pregnant woman are high risk and this is a call center absolutely no social distancing. Deffs not taking stairs we on the 7th floor

Currently im working from home still.and will be until after maternity leave. Even after Im back.
