Stuck in the pipes..(please be nice I have autism)

I got my nexplanon out in jan.

Last time i had sex was march 2020 so..I havent had sex in a year.

I have had three 28 day cycles and now my fourth cycle off bc is mising by 2 months.

My cervix is really high and my cm is creamy.

It not possible a fertlized egg from march 2020 got stuck in the pipes so to speak and only now implanted?

I know it sounds so stupid...

But I have autism and I like things to be on time.

I'm just so confused why after three normal cycles it just stopped..since I haven't done anything sexual in a year..
